Warm and dynamic Brooklyn Social Service Agency in search of an Office Manager to work closely with staff and administration, and to facilitate office operations.

Responsibilities Include:
Manage all aspects of the meeting planning / logistics including but not limited to

*         Locating appropriate venues
*         Negotiating and reviewing contracts
*         Budget Management
*         Preparing BEOs and working with venue to ensure implementation
*         Menu development - Audiovisual management
*         Meeting room setup - Managing room blocks
*         Planning special events - etc
*         Management of Speakers and Sponsors
*         Liaise with internal cross functional teams, vendors, etc. in budgeting and coordinating           all aspects of logistics/operations prior to the event

Requirements

*         3-5 years meeting planning experience

*         Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.
*         Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision.
